Version 2026-10-24
Seis Pontes is a shared game: other players read what you write and see what you make. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate or discrimination, sexual content, anything sexualising minors, spam, scams and impersonation are not allowed anywhere in the game: in chat, whispers, names, paintings, event and club texts, or anything else other players can see. Accounts that break this rule are suspended or banned, without warning when the case is serious.
Be kind and respectful. Keep names, paintings and texts suitable for everyone. Do not share personal information, yours or anyone else's (addresses, phone numbers, social media accounts). Do not ask other players for money or pictures, or to meet outside the game. Do not cheat, exploit bugs or use another account to get around a block or a ban. Do not advertise.
A filter masks slurs in chat for everyone, and strong language unless you turn off Filter strong language in Settings. Names, painting titles and event and club texts containing such words are refused. The filter is not perfect: the rules are about what you mean, not only the words.
You can block any player from their name in chat or from their player card. You stop seeing their chat, whispers and paintings, and they can no longer whisper to you or do things with you. They are not told. See and undo your blocks in Settings.
Report a message from its menu in chat, a player from their card, and a painting, event or club where you see it. Reports reach the moderators with a copy of what was reported. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours, and the moderators act on it: removing the content and silencing, suspending or banning the account that broke the rules. Reported paintings, events and clubs are hidden until they are reviewed.
Moderators can remove anything you made, silence your chat, and suspend or ban your account. A banned account cannot sign in again. If you think a decision was wrong, write to support@viva-porto.com.
You keep the rights to what you create and allow the game to show it to other players while it is in the game. Only upload pictures you have the right to share.
You must be at least 13 years old to play, or older if the law of your country requires it for online services.
Questions, reports or appeals: support@viva-porto.com. Reports are answered within 24 hours.
The real-money store is switched off: nothing in the game costs real money. The euros in the game are play money and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged.
