You can delete your Seis Pontes account at any time, in the game or on this page. It happens at once and cannot be undone.
Open Settings (the gear in the corner, or ☰ on a phone), then Account → Delete account, and enter your password to confirm. The app then signs you out.
Your sign-in (username, email address, password, month and year of birth, any Apple or Google sign-in link, every signed-in phone and browser), your character's name, look and languages, the chat lines you wrote, your mutes, friends and the social history, your invitations and likes, and every painting, tile and photo you made (the pictures are erased, even if another player bought them).
Your rented home ends as if you had moved out, and houses and restaurants you own are sold back to the city at the usual price; a tenant keeps their lease until it runs out. Your job ends, events you host and clubs you own are cancelled and closed with the usual refunds to guests, and your memberships, passes and tickets end.
The game's money records (in-game euros and progression), which other players' balances depend on, stay without your name: they point to an anonymous "Former resident" with a random number, which nobody can sign in to. Chat lines under an open report are kept until a moderator has reviewed them (the report keeps a copy of the line), and reports you made stay without your name. Records of real-money purchases, if you made any, are kept anonymously for as long as tax law requires (up to 10 years). Server backups roll over within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it there first.
